Before describing the services we provide, it is important to understand how we see our clients' customers. We break them down in to two segments - The first time customer and the repeat customer as described:-

1 - The first time customer - is drawn to your business through some form of customer acquisition process. These may include marketing programs such as: Advertising through TV & Radio, Print Media, Signage, Business Cards & Fliers, Web Site, Referrals and Direct Mail Campaigns to name the most popular methods. We provide many of the services here, excluding TV, Radio & Print Media Advertising.

2 - The repeat customer - is the loyal customer who has been to your business before and is tied to it through some form of  customer retention process. These processes normally include: Superior quality & convenient friendly service and some form of loyalty re-contact program. We provide re-contact programs.
